All wedding packages come with your choice of our freshly baked house focaccia bread, or an assortment of artisan rolls (and yes, with lots of butter!) We are thrilled to assist you in crafting your perfect wedding menu. Let the celebration begin!

Dinner Buffet Entrees
Chili Lime Flank Steak – Marinated flank steak chargrilled and topped with our ancho chipotle lime sauce.
Flat Iron Steak – Seasoned beef chargrilled and topped with a choice of our peppercorn sauce or chimichurri.
“Chef Carved Beef” +$8.00 per person.
Prime Rib – Spice and herb rubbed prime rib, served with our pan au jus and horseradish cream.
Tenderloin – Oven roasted and served with your choice of mushroom demiglace or red wine bordelaise.
Tuscano Chicken – Pan-seared chicken breast covered in a sundried tomato cream sauce.
Chicken Parmesan – Golden breaded chicken breast with melted mozzarella, served over a bed of rich marinara sauce.
Pesto Chicken – Marinated chicken breast chargrilled and topped with pesto and sundried tomatoes.
Grilled Pacific Salmon – Finished with your choice of lemon herb butter, or a lemon artichoke Picatta sauce.
Shrimp Stuffed King Salmon – Wild King filet stuffed with Oregon bay shrimp and herb cream cheese.
Shrimp Scampi – Gulf prawns sauteed in butter, white wine, garlic, and topped with Italian gremolata.
Accompaniments
Caesar Salad – Chopped Romaine lettuce tossed with homemade Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, freshly baked herb croutons, topped with lemon slices.
Pacific Northwest Salad – Mixed greens with gorgonzola, candied nuts, craisins, apples, tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Salad – Mixed greens tossed with diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Northwest Greens – Baby spinach and arugula tossed with sliced pears, blueberries, candied nuts, goat cheese, and citrus vinaigrette.
Roasted Red Potatoes – Diced Baby red potatoes oven roasted in olive oil, garlic, and herbs de Provence.
Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes - Fluffy whipped Yukon gold potatoes with butter and garlic.
Bowtie Pasta – Tossed in your choice of five cheese alfredo or garlic butter.
Wild Rice Pilaf – Wild rice sauteed with diced carrots, yellow onions, golden craisins, and herbs.
Au Gratin Potatoes – Thinly sliced Yukon gold potatoes oven roasted in a rich, creamy Mornay sauce.
Grilled Farm Fresh Vegetables – Market veggies chargrilled with olive oil and herbs.
Roasted Baby Carrots – Tossed in herbs and butter.
Sauteed Green Beans – With olive oil, garlic, and topped with a corn and bell pepper succotash.
