Pacific Northwest Bar Packages

Bartender Only – Client Provided Alcohol (Hosted Bar) 

• Basic Bartender – Beer, Wine, Seltzers $50.00 Per Hour 
  
• Elevated Bartender – Beer, Wine, Seltzers, 2 Sig. Cocktails $55.00/hr 
  
• Elite Bartender – Cocktail Bar (Sig. Cocktails, Mixed Drinks, etc.) $60.00/hr 

*Hosted Bars come with an additional corkage fee of $5.00 per estimated alcohol-consuming Guest. Clients must provide garnishes for cocktails/mocktails unless ordered from PNW Catering. 

PNW Provided Alcohol (Hosted Bar) 

• Basic Package – Local/Domestic/Imported Beer, Wine, Seltzers $16.00 Per Guest 
  
• Elevated Package – Local Craft Beer, Upscale Wines, Mocktail $24.00 Per Guest 

Additional Bar Services 

• Cash Bar (No Host) – We provide the beverages, and guests can pay us directly. Cash or Card! 
  
• Soft Drinks – Assorted Sodas/Sparkling Waters, Coffee/Tea Service, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Punch, or Spa Water $3.00 each per guest
  
• Ice Cooler – Large (10-12 Bags) $85.00 each Small (4-6 Bags) $45.00 each 
  
• Beverage Chilling Bins – 1 Per Cold Item (Beer, Seltzer, White Wine) $18.00 each 
  
• Build-A-Bar Setup – Two 6-Foot Tables, Bar Top, Linen, Chilling Bins $100.00
  
• Disposable Cups – 9oz, 12oz, 16oz Clear Plastic/Compostable $1.00 per person 
  
• Garnishes – Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Cherries, Olives, Dried Fruit, etc. $1.00 per person 
  
• Beverage Tower, 3 Gallon – For Spa Water, Lemonade, Iced Tea, Punch $18.00 each

*Bartenders will arrive with all tools required for the preparation and service of all beverages. Any specific preparation required for signature cocktails must be communicated to the PNW Catering team prior to the day of the event. 

*All PNW Catering Bartenders are licensed with Washington MAST Permits; any COI or proof of Liquor License is available upon request.
