We used Pacific Northwest Catering for our wedding and are SO glad we did! Communication was on point, we had our tasting and they were very accommodating to all our questions and requests. The food turned out INCREDIBLE, our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was, which can be rare for weddings. Guests particularly loved the mashed potatoes. Their vegan option was also amazing. Additionally, their bartending and serving was top notch. We had an excellent experience and are so glad we chose to use them for our day!
